Cupar in Bloom is a voluntary organisation dedicated to enhancing the floral environment of Cupar for both residents and visitors.

We first started in 2004 and some of our original members are still going strong.

We currently have about 30 members who plant and maintain planters all around Cupar. Plus there are some Council planters around town that Cupar in Bloom volunteers help the Council plant up.

We have our own 3 polytunnels at Elmwood where we bring on all the Winter/Spring and Summer plants from plugs that are then planted out throughout the town. Every Monday a group of volunteers have met at the polytunnel at Elmwood from 1000 to 1300 to maintain the area there. We restart again after the Summer.  Come and meet us around 1100 when coffee and cakes/biscuits will be on the go.

Summer plant plugs have now been planted out all around the town.  Good work, all! Slightly different colour choices this year.  Look out for them around the town.

We run 2 fund-raising coffee mornings in the Corn Exchange every year: a Spring one in March and a pre-Christmas one in November.

As usual, we staffed the gates at the Fife Show on Saturday 23 May 2026.  This year was sunny and warm; but rain or shine we always have a great time meeting old and new friends.
